When we last left you - your Tyke MDs were set to play the Hespeler Shamrocks at Hespeler Arena on February 9th where they walked away with a 9-1 win. Next in the series was a 3-3 tie against Centre Wellington Fusion on their home ice - and a 1-4 win against Stoney Creek Warriors at Harry Howell.
After a four-day break, on February 17th, your Tyke MDs walked away with a 3-1 win against Centre Wellington Fusion at their Fergus Arena. The very next day, at Harry Howell Arena, the Sabres did it again - a 0-5 win against the Burlington Eagles 2.
The series saw a seven-day break where your Sabres and their coaching staff stayed laser-focused during practices, preparing them to meet the Stoney Creek Warriors at Harry Howell where they took home a 0-6 win on February 25th.
Another week's grace period with several practices - and with their eyes still on the prize, your Tyke MDs met the Burlington Eagles 2 at Carlisle where they tied 1-1. Another tie (2-2) on March 6th against the Stoney Creek Warriors at their Valley Park Arena didn't slow their momentum - because on March 8th, they fought hard against the very hungry Burlington Eagles 2 to secure a 3-2 win at their Mainway Arena.
Riding high and proudly propelled into the Tri-County Championship Play-Offs, your Flamborough Tyke MDs are set to play
six games against their all-season rivals - The Oakville Rangers 2!
