Refunds may be provided for teams depending on the date of withdrawal relative to the first scheduled game of the tournament:
- 60 or more days: full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
- 30 to 59 days: 50% refund UNLESS a suitable replacement team can be found, in which case a 75% refund will be available.
- 29 or fewer days: 0% refund
