Non Residential Players:  Please complete our information form linked below.  Your electronic NRP passport must be on file (issued by your home center) with the FHA and your tryout fee (cash only) will be collected at your skate.  

Right of Choice Players: Please complete this form for review. ROC declarations will be emailed to you for signature + next steps. *this is for new ROC requests only.  Those that have already signed their declarations and been approved are full FHA members.
