Jordan Clarke brings both high-level playing experience and strong junior coaching experience to our program. A native of Rockwood, Ontario, Clarke played junior hockey with the St. George Ravens (GMHL) where he developed into a physical 6’3” defenceman known for his competitiveness and presence on the blue line. He later continued his career professionally in the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL) with the Elmira Enforcers and Delaware Thunder, gaining experience in demanding, high-tempo professional environments.
Following his playing career, Jordan transitioned into
coaching and has worked within junior hockey programs in Dundas, Cambridge, and
Brantford, helping guide and develop players competing at the junior level. His
time in those environments has given him a strong understanding of the habits,
discipline, and mindset required for players to succeed as they move up the
ladder.
Jordan will serve as Head Coach of our U18AA team, while
also leading the development group for our U16–U18 programs. In this role, he
will focus on helping prepare players for the next stage of their hockey
journey, leveraging his junior experience and connections to help guide players
toward opportunities at the junior level and beyond.
What stands out most about Jordan as a coach is his genuine
care for the players he works with. He believes development goes far beyond the
ice, placing strong importance on confidence, mental well-being, and creating
an environment where players feel supported while still being challenged to
grow. Jordan understands that young athletes perform their best when they feel
valued, supported, and confident, and he works hard to build those
relationships with every player he coaches.
Jordan brings a high-compete, team-first mentality to the
rink while helping players develop not only as hockey players, but as people.
His passion for teaching the game and supporting the overall well-being of
young athletes makes him a strong addition to our coaching group and an
important leader in the continued development of our players.
