Welcome to the U11 Stars Season
Welcome to the 2025/26 FHA HL U11 Stars Team!
🏒 Meet the Coaching Staff
This year’s coaching team will be a little different from the standard setup. We each bring different strengths to the team, and because our personal and work schedules can be a bit chaotic at times, we’ll be taking a co-coaching approach. You can expect to see all of us on the ice at different points throughout the season, working together to provide the kids with a consistent, supportive, and positive experience. Our shared goal is to create a fun and development-focused environment where each player feels valued, learns new skills, and enjoys the game.

🤝 Expectations
From the Coaches:
A positive, encouraging atmosphere focused on skill development, teamwork, and respect.
Clear communication regarding schedules, games, and any team updates.
A commitment to fair ice time, strong practice habits, and supporting each player’s growth.
From the Players:
Arrive on time, dressed in base layers, ready to listen and work hard.
Show respect to coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents.
Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn every time they’re on the ice.
From the Parents:
Review the Parent Code of Conduct. A friendly reminder that our referees are children too, and we have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or disrespect of any kind (on or off the ice). We are all here to support a safe, positive, and development-focused environment for every player involved.
Support your child and the team through positive encouragement.
Respect all players, coaches, officials, and fellow parents.
Communicate proactively with your coaches if any issues arise so we can address them quickly and respectfully.

📝 Housekeeping Items
Volunteers Needed:
We’re looking for on-ice support during practices, as well as Timekeepers and Team DJ’s to play music during games. The home team will be responsible for both Timekeepers as well as DJ’s each game, so please consider helping out. If you’re interested in assisting with any of these roles, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
Team Schedule: The full season schedule is available on the FHA website and in the SportsHeadz Mobile App. I encourage each of you to download the SportsHeadz app from your phones app store and connect with our team today.
Mandatory Equipment: In addition to standard hockey gear, mouth guards and neck guards are required for all on-ice activities. Please ensure your child has and wears both every time.
Dress Code: Players should arrive wearing their base layers for both practices and games. The league has a strict dress code policy in place to ensure player safety and privacy. Arriving dressed in base layers helps us respect these guidelines and keep things running smoothly in the dressing rooms.
No Phones in Dressing Rooms: To ensure privacy and respect, no phones or photos will be allowed in dressing rooms this season. If you need to take a call or send a message, please step out of the room.
HL PHOTO DAY - November 30th at Carlisle Arena (Dressing Rooms 5 & 6). The photo schedule will be shared mid-November.

đźš‘ Health Concerns
If your child has any health conditions, injuries, or allergies that the coaching staff should be aware of, please report these directly to us as soon as possible. This information will remain confidential but helps us keep your child safe.   Thank you in advance for your support and for helping us create a positive team environment for the kids.

Let’s have a great season together!
