2023-2024 Registration is closed for the 2023-24 season.

To help you get started, we invite you to review the following registration guide provided by Hockey Canada. For more information and support, please contact the registrar.

As per OMHA policy, One parent must also complete the Parent Respect In Sport (RIS) Program prior to your child/children being rostered to a team – please click HERE for more information and link to the online course. If you did the course in a previous season you DO NOT need to do it again.

For brand new players to Hockey Canada please complete the Respect in Sport Parent course PRIOR to completing the online registration process. If you have already completed the course for other players, please add your new player to your course profile. Once added you can proceed to registration, using the EXISTING PARTICIPANT option.   

Note to Parents of First Time Players : The following must be complete before a first time player is permitted on the ice (no exceptions) : 1. A copy of the players proof of birth must be uploaded in the HCR or emailed to the registrar (birth certificate, health card, passport). 2. A copy of the parent’s drivers license for proof of address. 

*If you are requested to upload proof of residency / birth certificate please be sure to do so. Players cannot go on ice until this is done and confirmed by the OMHA

Assistance Programs 


Family Discount: The FHA will discount families with 3 or more children at $100 for the 3rd, 4th and 5th child. The discounts will be applied automatically. In circumstances where fees would make your child's participation impossible, help may be available.

Acceptance Policy

A player member is current when they have completed the registration process, including but not limited to, having executed the FHA waiver and fulfilled all their payment obligations. A player member shall not be permitted to participate in any FHA hockey program if they are not current, thereby has not completed the registration process.

 

Refund Policy

House league Fees: Before Labour Day Monday– full refund less $150

Rep Fees: No refunds for FHA Fees or Team Fees

The board will consider additional refund relief requests due to extraordinary circumstances. Please make requests to the Registrar. Board will make final determination. First time hockey registrants will be granted latitude.
