PLAYERS ONLY: Progressive Skating Lab

Location: Unit102 - 3466 Mainway, Burlington
* LOCATED INSIDE ELITE PERFORMANCE CENTER *
Players will be split into three groups of five with a Progressive coach provided for each of the three sessions:
- Skating Treadmill
- Shooting Pad
- Dryland Training
When the athletes arrive, Sabres Coaches are asked to stay and watch/assist with putting on skates and harnesses. Due to space restrictions, Sabres Parents are asked to drop off their child and pick them up in 2 hours.
Athletes are asked to bring:
- comfortable work out clothes, including running shoes
- skates, stick, gloves, helmet and water bottle This event has been viewed 3 times.
