To the FHA Membership: On December 17, 2024, the OHF (Ontario’s governing body of sanctioned hockey) approved open borders and freedom of player movement across Ontario at the U10 through U18 age groups – AAA, AA, A, B, BB.  This change will take effect starting next year in the 2025-2026 season.

The FHA is accepting coaching applications for the 2025-2026 season.  If you are driven by success and development of quality hockey players and teams and want to be involved in helping to grow our strong, competitive program, here is your chance to apply for a coaching position with the Flamborough Hockey Club. 2025-2026 Coaching Application Successful candidates at U10-U18 will be compensated for their commitment to the Flamborough Association from $4000-$12,000.  This will be a mix of base and bonus structure and will be discussed in detail once each coach has been selected.    We ...

Starting new this 2024-25 season, the process for the Vulnerable Sector Checks (VSC) will be centralized and conducted by the Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) for all Team Officials and Team Personnel. This will apply to everyone, even if you have a valid VSC on file with the FHA, you must complete this process for this upcoming season (and yearly thereafter) with the OHF to be rostered.
