Hello and Welcome to the FHA Tryouts
Pathway Skate
The pathway preskates are just practices, they give everyone a chance to get back on the ice. No assigned jerseys, please bring your own. We have instructors on ice but there are no evaluations being done. We offer 4 and they are optional. Most will attend all 4 but you are free to choose whichever ones fit your schedules.
MD Tryouts
Tryouts start on Monday, September 9th and all registrants attend.
On arrival at Harry Howell Arena, players are to collect their tryout jerseys at the top of the stairs. Please aim to arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to your tryout time. Tryout jersey will be collected in a bin in the changeroom after every ice time.
At the completion of each skate please leave the arena and check the FHA website Tryout List (this page) for your next steps as to whether or not your player is to return to the next tryout or if they more to house league (we post their tryout code #, not names). All registrants are guaranteed the first 3 skates. Those that make the MD team will skate all 5 days.
All communication regarding tryouts will be sent to the preferred email address given during registration. Please let me know if you need this changed (1 tryout email per player).
