Hello team,
We have booked the Boston Pizza shadow night again this year as we know how much the kids love it. Please email me back to let me know if your child is able to attend (kindly do not reply all).

Date - Thursday October 13th
Time - 5-8 pm
How it works (might be a first for some of the new players to the team):
Each player will be assigned an hour to be paired with a Boston Pizza server and will be put to work. The kids will help take orders, serve food and maybe even help do some dishes. The team will get back 10% of the sales Oct 13th between 5-8pm. This includes sales from the dining room, bar, lounge, delivery and take out (alcohol sales not included). The more Boston Pizza makes during this time, the more money our team earns so please spread the word. Invite everyone you know to come out to this event. Any order taken before 5pm or after 8pm will not count towards the team total.
The team will be separated into shifts. Some scheduled 5-6 pm, 6-7 pm and 7-8 pm. If your child is able to make it but can only be available for a specific hour please let me know and we will try to accommodate.
What to wear - They have recommended that the kids do not wear their jerseys as the sleeves tend to get in the way. Kids can wear pants or shorts and must wear closed toe shoes (no sandals/flip flops). Players should wear a Flamborough Sabres shirt.
Also from now on anytime you, family or friends visit the Waterdown Boston PIzza please make sure to write Flamborough Sabres Atom AE on the bill. 10% of this receipt before tax will be given back to the team.
